Role Summary
Is responsible for post-sale technical customer service and support across multiple sub families for business and/or end-consumer customers
Main Tasks
Finding solutions for customers by customer issues analysis and resolution (typically performed in an office environment)
Coordinating customer service at the distribution centre regarding product returns and repairs, or at the walk-in customer service facility in the field
Coordinating customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer information (customer database)
Creating reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns
Minimum Educational Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or Comparable Qualification in Economic Sciences, Business Economics or Related fields
