Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM ABAP Developer to design, develop, and enhance SAP HCM applications, ABAP solutions, and HR integrations. You will play a key role in HR digital transformation, delivering scalable, high-quality, and reliable solutions across SAP HR environments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM applications, ABAP programs, and web-based solutions in line with defined development standards and business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and change requests from a technical perspective and translate them into sustainable SAP HCM solutions.
• Develop new functionalities within the SAP HCM environment and create web applications according to established development standards.
• Ensure and optimize integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM through Business Integration Builder (BIB) customization.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for HR key users, troubleshoot technical issues, and proactively optimize existing solutions to minimize technical risks.
• Maintain technical documentation, collaborate with external vendors and SAP when required, and support HR digital transformation initiatives and HR-IT projects.
  
  

Your Profile:

• Education: High school or university degree, preferably in Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of programming experience in SAP R/3 environments, preferably with SAP HCM.
• Required Skills: SAP ABAP OO development in SAP HCM environments, including debugging, enhancements, and application support.
  Good understanding of SAP HCM processes and data structures.
  Basic knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  Nice to Have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Knowledge of web application development within SAP environments.
• Languages: English at B2 level or higher.
• Competencies: Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, customer-focused, and accountable mindset. Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in cross-functional global teams.
